Renters' Survey
The MSA Renters' Survey has been an ongoing project since 2003. Each year, the data is compiled into a readable form for students to use to help them rent respectable properties. Simply look up the property that you are interested in, and if listed it will give you a students opinion on how their experience was renting it. Also, take the survey yourself for the property you are currently renting to help other students like yourself.
