Committees
Seven standing committees function within the Minnesota Student Association. Also, any number of ad-hoc (temporary) committees may exist in order to address other important issues.

Currently, the following committees exist within the Association. Click to learn more about each committee, including its members and current projects.

Executive Committee
Primarily concerned with the internal functionality of the Minnesota Student Association.

Steering Committee
Focuses on improving services and events held or sponsored by MSA.

Academics and Services Committee
Concentrates on issues pertaining to the areas of University services and student academics.

Campus Relations Committee
Responsible for the outward appearance of the Undergraduate Student Body and its government.

Diversity Education Fund (DEF) Committee
Distributes the Diversity Education Fund Grants to qualified student groups.

Facilities, Housing, and Transit Committee
Tackles issues involving University-related facilities and structures, transportation, and on- and off-campus housing.

Legislative Affairs Committee
Develops and maintains a relationship with legislators throughout all levels of government.
